This January, we will be offering a 4-week course titled Moodle for Literacy: how Moodle supports the OALCF. Coordinated by Tracey Mollins, the course will be designed for literacy practitioners who want to learn more about how Moodle activities and resources can support learners develop skills in all 5 OALCF competencies.
Course participants will
use Moodle as their virtual classroom
experience a facilitated online course
experience a variety of Moodle activities to determine which would be the best fit for their program
discuss ways that Moodle can work for programs as either a resource repository or as an interactive place where learners can study independently or collaboratively.
