New interactive materials to support successful learning no matter where you are

May 13th, 2011 by Monika Jankowska-Pacyna

The Learning and Violence website recently launched three interactive learning tools in the Changing Education section.

The tools include:

  • Student Kit: Helping Myself Learn
  • College Tool: Changing Lenses, Changing Practices
  • Community-based Literacy: Reflection Guide

The student kit has many sections that can be printed out for use in class and for students to take home.
The two practitioner guides can also be printed out in their entirety – or just the sections you want to work on.

An official launch of these interactive materials is planned in September.

The developers are looking for advice on what users would need to help integrate these materials into practice and hope that other organizations will help promote these tools in their community.

They would also love to hear your feedback – you can reach Jenny Horsman via jenny@learningandviolence.net
