A few weeks ago, our team got together and we mailed hard copies of the Use Digital Technology sample tasks package called Supporting task-based programming related to Using Digital Technology to over 300 Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) service providers across Ontario.
This first of two available packages contains sample tasks and learning activities for the themes Work using digital technology and Manage money using digital technology.
If you have had a chance to use or review this package (in print or online), we invite you to complete a brief survey to provide your feedback and guide possible future development of additional sample tasks.
Recently, we were able to make this package available in French. Titled Appuyer la programmation axée sur les tâches pour Utiliser la technologie numérique, it can be downloaded from our website.
As with the English language package, the learning activities are available in Word format under Creative Commons license so you can adapt and share these instructional resources. A printed copy of this package will be mailed to Francophone LBS service providers in the coming weeks.
