Adobe Connect is user-friendly web conferencing software for meetings, online learning and webinars. With its simple to use interface, video capability and mobile readiness, it is becoming a popular tool for organizing meetings and webinars online.

At AlphaPlus, we started using of Adobe Connect after one of our colleagues attended an online webinar and came back excited to tell us how much she enjoyed the webinar interface.

Join.me – free and easy-to-use screen sharing tool

Join.me is a very simple and easy-to-use screen sharing tool that can be used for technical support, to review documents and designs, to train staff and students, or to demonstrate products and services.

Although there are many other screen sharing tools that perform more functions, such as Mikogo or Team Viewer, join.me is a good option if you want something quick, easy and simple. You don’t even need to register!
